This loss-of-function model enables dissection of ABI2-mediated linkage between Rac1 and Abl kinase signaling and the WAVE regulatory complex during actin polymerization, lamellipodia formation, and cell migration. Ideal for studying actin dynamics, invasion, and kinase crosstalk in a BCR-ABL1-positive leukemic background. Suitable for western blotting, immunofluorescence, scratch wound migration, transwell invasion, co-immunoprecipitation, and phospho-signaling assays.

ABI2 Knockout HAP1 Polyclonal Cells comprise a CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal knockout cell population engineered for targeted disruption of the ABI2 gene in the HAP1 cell line.

This product provides a loss-of-function model system to investigate ABI2-dependent cellular processes.
