A CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal DRAM2 knockout cell population in HGC-27 human gastric carcinoma cells. DRAM2 is a lysosomal membrane protein that promotes autophagy and lysosomal acidification downstream of p53, interacting with BECN1 and UVRAG. Knockout of DRAM2 disrupts autophagic flux and lysosomal degradation, offering a model to investigate p53-dependent autophagy, gastric cancer cell homeostasis, and chemoresistance. Suitable for LC3-II/p62 Western blot, LysoTracker staining, and drug sensitivity assays.

The DRAM2 Knockout HGC-27 Polyclonal Cells product provides a ready-to-use, CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal knockout cell population targeting the DRAM2 gene in the HGC-27 human gastric carcinoma background.

This loss-of-function model is generated through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene disruption, delivering a heterogeneous pool of cells with targeted DRAM2 inactivation.

The polyclonal format preserves population-level effects while enabling robust assessment of gene function in metastatic gastric cancer research.
