The HMGA2 Knockout HEK293T Polyclonal Cells product provides a CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal knockout cell population in which the HMGA2 gene has been disrupted, creating a heterogeneous loss-of-function model for dissecting HMGA2-dependent cellular mechanisms.

This population, derived from bulk editing without single-cell cloning, preserves biological variability and avoids clonal selection artifacts, making it an ideal tool for robust functional genomic studies in a widely used epithelial host background.
