The TRIM2 Knockout A549 Cell Line is a CRISPR/Cas9-edited human lung adenocarcinoma cell line engineered for loss-of-function studies of the TRIM2 gene. This product provides a stable knockout model in the A549 host cell background, generated through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene disruption of the endogenous TRIM2 locus.
