OTUD7B Knockout AGS Polyclonal Cells

  • Product Type:

    Polyclonal Cell Population

  • Species:

    Homo sapiens (Human)

  • Tissue Source:

    Stomach

  • Disease:

    Adenocarcinoma

The OTUD7B Knockout AGS Polyclonal Cells are a CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal population of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells (AGS) with targeted disruption of the OTUD7B gene, a K63-linked deubiquitinase that negatively regulates NF-??B signaling. OTUD7B removes K63-linked polyubiquitin chains from substrates such as TRAF6 and RIP1, thereby limiting pathway activation. This knockout model enables sustained NF-??B signaling in a gastric epithelial context, making it valuable for investigating gastric cancer biology, inflammation, ubiquitin-mediated regulation, and drug sensitivity. Key applications include western blotting, NF-??B reporter assays, and functional studies of cell survival and migration.

Description

The OTUD7B Knockout AGS Polyclonal Cells represent a CRISPR/Cas9-edited polyclonal population of human gastric epithelial adenocarcinoma cells harboring a targeted disruption of the OTUD7B gene.

This loss-of-function model is designed for the study of OTUD7B-dependent negative regulation of NF-??B signaling in a gastric cancer-relevant cellular background.
